Damaged or defective products

We don’t have many damaged or defective products but if you do happen to receive something that is not quite right, we are here to help.

If you receive a damaged or product with defects, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please contact via email choodogleads@gmail.com or by what’s app message to 07890 674 513 and send us a couple of photos so we can see exactly what the issue is (this number only receives texts and photos, calls cannot be answered). You must put the order number and the date you purchased it, exactly what the problem is and we will be in touch between 6pm-9pm weekdays. We aim to get back to you ASAP within 3 working days, it is usually the same day.

Damaged or defective products must be sent back to the name & address on the back of your the original parcel that was posted to you, you must include your full name and address that we shipped it to together with an order number inside the pack.  On receipt we will check the product and if it is damaged or defective then we will refund you the price you originally paid.

If you simply want an exchange on a defective item, if we have the stock available we will simply post you the new one.

Products returned for any other reason must be in the same condition as you received them, and we will happily refund you the price of the item but not the postage/packaging cost.

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method.  We guarantee to refund any item you are not happy with provided you return it to us in its original packaging in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.

Choo Dog Leads will refund you the original purchase price of the item(s) excluding any additional shipping charges you may have paid.

Choo Dog Leads reserves the right not to refund item(s) that are not returned in a saleable condition.

We can not refund custom orders or made to measure items unless they are defective.
